Building Community
We plan to build a network of neurodivergent people working in the publishing industry, to provide support and networking opportunities
Best Practice Guidelines
With the help of people in our community, we seek to build Best Practice guidelines for publishers, editors and agents in working with neurodivergent colleagues in a way that reduces and limits stress and burnout.
Resource Centre
We will build a resource centre here on the website, with a view to providing information and support, listing opportunities, and working with partner organisations
Mentorship
In the longer term it is our intention to build a mentorship programme for neurodivergent writers, aimed at supporting them in building a sustainable and thriving career.
